Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by RCVSMS Technology Co., Ltd. (“RCVSMS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using our website at https://rcvsms.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of the Service

RCVSMS provides rented, real mobile phone numbers that allow users to receive SMS messages, including one-time passwords (OTPs) and verification codes, from third-party platforms. Numbers are assigned on a temporary, pay-per-use, daily, weekly, or custom basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:

  • Engage in fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of any person or entity.
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform you verify on.
  • Circumvent bans, suspensions, or rate limits imposed by third-party services.
  • Conduct any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute numbers without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is engaging in prohibited activity, with or without notice.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments and Fees

Use of the Service requires a positive account balance. Pricing is described on our Pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days' notice. By adding funds, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

All fees are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by your jurisdiction.

6. Refund Policy

Activations where no SMS is received within 20 minutes are automatically refunded to your account balance. You may request a refund of unused balance at any time by contacting support. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that suggest abuse.

7. No Guarantee of Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platforms may, at any time, change their verification flow or block our numbers. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain working numbers but cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific third party.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are the property of RCVSMS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused balance will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RCVSMS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
